Yes, most maintenance clients come to me with an existing site. I start with a quick audit so we both know what shape it is in, fix anything urgent, and then keep it healthy from there.
Hosting is available through my long-time collaborator Jon Bolton, a freelance designer who also provides hosting. We work on projects together all the time, so your hosting and development stay joined up rather than two suppliers pointing fingers at each other.
Maintenance clients get priority. I typically respond within a few hours on working days, and urgent issues like a site being down jump the queue entirely.
No. Plans run monthly and you can stop whenever you like. I would rather keep your business by being useful than by locking you in.
